The Marion School Committee meets monthly on scheduled Wednesdays throughout the school year in the Etta-Hix Allen Library at the Sippican School at 6:30 PM. The purpose of the Marion School Committee is to:

• Set the strategic direction for the school system;
• Develop, oversee and evaluate educational policy;
• Act as the legal agent for the Commonwealth, and
• Represent the Marion community.
